Hi, I'm Alan and I am an Investment Property and Portfolio Financial Advisor.

I have been involved in Commercial Property Management since 1993 and the Financial Services Industry since 1994. I am a qualified and authorised Financial Advisor and specialise in Investment Property Finance and Corporate Portfolio Protection.

My qualifications are Mortgage Advice via Chartered Insurance Institute and I also hold the higher degree qualifications for Equity Release and later life lending. My qualifications also extend to, Portfolio and Corporate Finance Protection, enabling me to advise on Personal, Limited company and Director protection. Most recently in 2018 I added to my CV with Estate Planning, Will writing and Legal services qualifications.

I have a Wealth of experience in Commercial, Residential Property Management and Investment Property Financial Advice.

My main expertise is within Financial Services and advising within the Buy to Let and Property Investment market. Over the years I have see gaps within the property management market, so I set up a small management company Yellow House Property. to give Landlords additional services that would enable them to self manage with more confidence, thus eliminating the use of full management from Letting agents.

For Finanical Services, I work in partnership with Key Financial Associates Ltd. We are part of the Newleaf Distribution Ltd Mortgage Network and are Authorised and Regulated by the FCA.

At Key we are Whole of Market and Specialise in Mortgage and Financial advice. We represent YOU and are not tied to any Bank, Building Society, Estate Agent, Solicitor or Insurance company. We help liaise with your Estate agent, Solicitor and Lender to help make a smooth housing transaction and will advise on affordability without a credit check in order to preserve your credit score. We have Whole of Market Access to mortgages and property Financing that is available in the UK and will find the most suitable for your individual criteria.

I am based in London and Cover All London Boroughs and Home Counties. Obviously, by The Wonderment of Technology, We Can Arrange Zoom Appointments, Should You Be Further Away.
